To cook with the Energetic Inca Cuisine, the main ingredients are love, inspiration, passion, music, dance and art. However, practicing the Inca’s Energy Meditation beforehand is the most important first step.
The Inca Energy Cuisine teaches you to be conscious and connected to the universe. The universe and its compositions are energy, food is energy, people are energy. Therefore, people can transfer positive energy into the dish that is being cooked. Positive energy can be transmitted when you look, touch, wash and prepare food. The vegetables, meat, fruits etcetera absorb this energy, you in turn will absorb this energy as well. Several invisible ingredients can be used while cooking with the Energetic Inca Cuisine; happiness, harmony, smiles, trust, security, humbleness, faith, hope, strength and any other positive intention that you can put into the preparation of a dish.

Who invented the Inca Energy Kitchen?
Joel Tello Vilchez, the creator of the Inca Energy Kitchen was born on June 18th in 1980 in a rural family in Trujillo. Since he was young, he felt his vocation for the art of cooking. With the desire to dedicating himself to the world of gastronomy, he decided to study Restaurant and Bar at the School of the European Union CEFOP.
When he finished his studies he travelled for 16 months through the cost, andes and jungle regions of Peru in order to discover new flavors and traditional recipes. During his travels, he learned the different gastronomic traditions and ancestral customs of each place. At the end of 2002, he arrived in the city of Cusco (the land of the Incas), the beauty of its architecture and archaeological remains, its special attraction, the colorful environment, the mystical, magical, energetic environment and its nature conquered Joel and adopted it as his new home.
In Cusco, he began to organize his first cooking courses together with the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism. He developed several gastronomic presentations. From this special dedication he decided to investigate a new gastronomic current, which he called the Inca Energy Kitchen.
At the end of 2004, using a lot of creativity and passion, he set out to make an international tour through 9 countries in South America to write the book ¨Inca Energetic Cooking¨.
The flavors of Latin America
Joel visited Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. On this tour, Joel performed his first ceremonies of Ayahuasca and San Pedro, which helped him heal and cleanse his heart, body, mind and purify his spirit, awakening divine love and magic from within. In this journey Joel was filled with passion and knowledge of new flavors, perfumes, sensations and emotions for gastronomy. He got to know many wonderful places in South American in the 3 years of research. At the end of 2007 he returned to Cusco.
Inca Energy Kitchen
After all the research done and experiences lived, Joel wrote another book called ¨Inca Energy Meditation Technique¨, inspired by heaven as a divine channel, which perfected his technique of the Inca Energy Kitchen. At the beginning of 2018, after 16 years of research and lived experiences, he decided to publish his book. In the book you will find the most important information of the human essence and all the secrets to be happy. Now Joel has the mission of helping humanity to clean, heal and purify hearts, minds, bodies, spirits and souls.
