Benefits of Ayahuasca

The Ayahuasca plant has many benefits for physical and emotional health. Ayahuasca cleanses and heals the physical body and regenerates blood cells. At least 24 hours before, the diet should consist exclusively of fruits and vegetables. It is not recommended to take meat, fish, citrus, salt, sugar, fried foods, oil, butter, soda, cigarettes, marijuana, chemical medications, alcohol or any other drug at least 24 hours before the ceremony.

Especially, the morning before the Ayahuasca ceremony or the San Pedro ceremony it is recommended to eat only two pieces of banana or apple and drink plenty of water.

The day after the Ayahuasca or San Pedro Ceremony it is recommended to continue with the diet for 1 or 2 more days because the Ayahuasca and San Pedro plants continue to heal, because if it contaminates it, the healing is cut.
